Our team was approached to design an apartment that balances affordability with a striking visual presence. To achieve this, we explored innovative color technologies, ensuring the building stands out while staying within budget. The structure itself embodies a bold, massive form, further enhanced by vibrant balcony tones and carefully placed color projections. To create contrast and elegance, the rest of the façade features a sophisticated white-based finish. This thoughtful combination results in a visually compelling landmark that enhances the surrounding area.
