Located in the serene village of Vichoor, this residence was designed with a unique vision in mind. The client desired a home that stood out from the surrounding buildings, creating a distinctive and modern aesthetic that would be the talk of the village. At the same time, privacy was a key concern. The client wanted expansive views of the outside world without compromising the sanctity of their personal space.

To achieve this, we introduced a striking perforated façade that serves as the building’s outer shell. The perforations provide a beautiful play of light and shadow throughout the day, creating a dynamic and visually appealing exterior. This unique design allows the residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the outside, while the perforations ensure that the interior remains private and shielded from prying eyes.
